New Medical offers truly comprehensive drug and alcohol testing services including both standard and DOT procedures.  Our laboratory is staffed by certified LabCorp phlebotomists who perform drug and alcohol collections for our clients.  As employees of a leading national laboratory, their expertise in all areas of clinical testing is a substantial advantage for all of our clients.  They have extensive experience in drug and alcohol testing including DOT and non-DOT chain of custody procedures.  Copies of their certifications are included in the reference section.  LabCorp is the second largest clinical laboratory in North America and tests more than 350,000 specimens daily.  They have 347 clients in the Wichita area alone.  LabCorp is fully licensed and certified to perform all types of drug and alcohol testing including NIDA, SAMHSA and DOT.  New Medical Health Carre maintains a separate CLIA laboratory certification as well.  The urine drug screen testing methodology used by LabCorp is Immunoassay with GC/MS confirmation which meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and requirements.

Our relationship with LabCorp allows us to offer many advantages to our clients including rapid reporting with most results reported within 24 hours.  In addition, there is never a charge for confirmation testing or storage of positive samples.  Our partnership also allows us to provide drug and alcohol testing 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  One of the co-owners of New Medical, Dr. Greg Lakin, is also a certified Medical Review Officer.  His expertise and experience in drug testing is quite uncommon in the Wichita area.  Dr. Lakin monitors all of our services and quality control procedures to ensure that our clients receive the very best when they select New Medical for their drug and alcohol testing needs.
