Processing Procedures & Quality Control

New Medical follows a disciplined processing system for all of our occupational health clients.  We begin by creating protocols for all of our clients detailing their specific requirements.  All of our staff members become familiar with these protocols to ensure that your applicants and employees are processed correctly.  Our provider teams are highly skilled and experienced in occupational medicine and they promptly get the employees checked in after they arrive.  Because we have five physicians and two physician assistants on staff with substantial pre-employment occupational health expertise, we have multiple scheduling options to provide pre-employment testing services.  Physical examinations are scheduled within 24 hours.

All of our pre-employment and workers comp. services are managed by our occupational health coordinator, Natalie Pangburn.  Natalie coordinates scheduling, reports results and addresses all questions regarding the testing of your employees.  Her leadership ensures that we will promptly communicate with you regarding all testing that we perform and consistency comply with all of the reporting requirements stated in the RFP.  Our experience confirms that a designated coordinator substantially improves quality control and client satisfaction by providing an all important single contact point.
